me and the fam…..

I am ginny.  I am a girl, a woman, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a wife and a mom.  I love my life.  It has been a long, hard life (isn’t for all of us?), and I am so grateful for every joy, hardship, victory,  defeat and challenge.  It has made me who I am today…which is a victorious, overcoming, life-loving, daughter of My King.  THAT is the inspiration of the name of my photography:  glimpses of grace.  Everything I have and am is because of His smallest glimpse of grace upon me and my life and my family.  I have the most wonderful husband there could EVER be.

I am the proud mama of nine AMAZING children and step-mom to a precious daughter.  My kids range in age from 26-7.  They ARE my pride and joy.  They are the reason I am doing this.  I have a story to tell and things to share.  I have struggled for years in how to share with them the jewels that have been left behind from the destruction that has been wrought throughout my life.  This is where I begin…..to leave a legacy and a memorial of what God has done.  I don’t expect to follow a perfect outline or for this to be nice and neat…my life has never been that.  My life has been a long rambling road, sometimes making no sense at all. but it has been outlined with beauty.  a beauty that can only come from HIM…that is why I named this part ramblin rose. I invite you to join me on my journey of traveling through the past, present and my hope for the future of what God has done, what He is doing and what He promises to do.
